2008-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/704075摘要:台灣西部沿海地區地勢低漥,再加上地下水超限利用,造成地層嚴重下陷,排水不良問題相當嚴重,每當颱風侵襲期間,持續性的大雨或豪雨之後常導致淹水災情,對於民眾之生活影響甚鉅。因此如何有效進行地層下陷監測,將有助於政府進行「嚴重地層下陷地區」劃設作業,提供防洪排水與防災設施之興建及改善工程之參考。本計畫為國科會永續會整合型計畫—「多時序三維空間資訊於地層下陷監測及分析」總計畫之子計畫五,目前依據去年度(96年度)規劃執行第一年計畫,主要針對不同子計畫所產生之不同時期之DEM資料,就其特性、產製方式、效率、資料精度及解析度等因素進行統計分析比較,並以統計檢定分析地層下陷速率、下陷變異量、以及地形變遷偵測;今年度(97年度)則依據去年之規劃,將蒐集各種可能導致淹水之致災因子,包括土地使用/土地覆蓋分區、工程建設及防災措施、地質狀況以及過去所發生之淹水災情等,再綜合本計畫所獲得之多時序、多來源之DEM資料及地層下陷資料,以類神經網路學習模式分析可能之致災原因。同時為瞭解地層下陷導致之淹水情況,將運用二維淹水模式進行淹水潛勢分析,主要運用不同年份所獲得之地層下陷資料及土地利用資料進行淹水模擬,以瞭解因地層下陷導致之淹水範圍及程度。本計畫第三年將建立一三維空間資訊查詢雛形系統,以三維網路GIS(3D Web GIS)介面提供三維空間資訊視覺化模擬及災害查詢功能,供其他子計畫及相關單位參考使用。<br> Abstract: Because of the over capacity use of the ground water within the lowlands along the southwestern area in Taiwan, the land subsidence is a serious problem. The consequence is that property damages and life losses caused by the poor drainage and serious flooding arise during the periods of typhoon and heavy rainfall. Therefore, how to monitor the land subsidence effectively will be an important study issue. This research project in one of the sub-projects of the three-year integrated project entitled “Monitoring and Analyses for Land Subsidence Using Multi-temporal 3D Geoinformation”. According to the project planning last year, many research topics including the comparison of the quality, resolution and precision of the multi-temporal multi-source DEMs have been demonstrated based on the statistical analysis. Some factors including the subsidence rate, the time variances of the subsidence, and the change detection between different DEMs will be calculated for the analysis of land subsidence. In this year, the 3D geoinformation including the DEMs, the types of land use/land cove and 3D building models collected from other sub-projects will be used for the inundation simulation using the SOBEK model and neural network model. In the third years, a 3D Web-GIS based information system will be developed for the visualization of the 3D geoinformation and the inundation simulation.
