2008-04-092024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/664422摘要:本計劃研究擎天鳳梨之肥培管理技術,及儲運前處理乙烯抑制劑對觀葉植物儲後品質之影響。研究包括1.比較不同氮素濃度對擎天鳳梨生長與葉片巨量元素含量之影響,瞭解適合擎天鳳梨生長之施氮濃度。 2.比較不同遮光程度與肥料濃度對擎天鳳梨生長、葉片解剖與葉片巨量元素含量,瞭解適合擎天鳳梨生長之光度及肥料濃度。 3.比較不同氮鉀施肥比例對擎天鳳梨生長與葉片巨量元素含量之影響,瞭解適合擎天鳳梨之氮鉀施肥比例。4.比較1-MCP處理對粗肋草‘白馬`、黛粉葉‘瑪莉安`及蔓綠絨‘綠帝王`儲後品質之影響,以評估儲運前施用乙烯抑制劑之可行性。藉由本計畫之研究,期能提高擎天鳳梨栽培後之品質及外銷觀葉盆栽輸日之儲後品質。<br> Abstract: The objectives of this project are to determine the nutrition supply technique of Guzmania lingulata and the effects of MCP protection for reduced poststorage quality by ethylene of foliage plants. The effects of nitrogen concentration, shading and nutrient solution concentration, and N/K ratio on growth and macroelements will also be investigated. The effects of 1-MCP on post-storage quality of Aglaonema commutatum Schott. ‘White Tip`, Dieffenbachia seguine (Jacq.) Schott ‘Tropic Marianne`, and Philodendron ‘Imperial Green` will be studied.
