2020-02-222024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/656816摘要:因應氣候變遷對於水資源使用之衝擊,以及調適台灣水資源分配不均之現況,經濟部水利署致力於開發多元之新興水資源,提升給水與用水之效能,以維護我國水資源使用之自主性。其中,發展低能耗、環境友善性的水處理技術為近幾年我國水環境建設之發展重點。本研究團隊以前期105年至108年之水利署科專計畫成果作為基礎,已發展出低能耗電容去離子技術(Capacitive deionization, CDI)之貯能型噸級原型系統。為了讓此電容去離子技術能更加有效地普及並商品化,本研究計劃之主要目標為研析電容去離子技術適用之產業類別以及適合的使用規格與操作模式,並規劃電容去離子技術商品化之開發,以協助一家(含)以上之國內廠商發展電容去離子技術商品。本計畫預期之成果為輔導廠商建置每日產水量1噸之電容去離子裝置,並依產業特性搭配必要之前處理單元以及自動化儀控設備,使產品達到能耗最小化與產水最大化之效果。藉由廠商實務操作進行系統驗證,得以示範商品化電容去離子技術之經濟效益以及市場定位,預期以成功之實務經驗為基礎開發更多的潛在應用標的。本團隊與合作廠商將配合水利署參與技術媒合會以及各項國內外展覽活動,以鏈結國內外之合作企業,增加我國商品化電容去離子技術之國際能見度。本計畫之預期效益為加速進行我國貯能型再生水技術之推廣以及產業化發展,以促進水利產業之革新與轉型,使我國邁向水資源永續發展之目標。<br> Abstract: National water security has been a critical issue due to the impact of climate change. To safeguard the water resources in Taiwan, the Water Resources Agency has been developing diverse alternative water resources over the past years to ensure the sustainable freshwater supplies. Nowadays, transforming the conventional water treatment system toward a low-energy cost, environmentally friendly system is among the most important development programs in Taiwan. According to our previous projects, the capacitive deionization (CDI) featuring low energy demand and high energy efficiency, has been proved to be a promising technology for brackish water desalination. In this project, our research team has proposed a pilot-scale CDI prototype. To promote the commercialization of the CDI technology, the major goal of the project is to mentor companies and venders to manufacture the commercial CDI products with a water production rate above 1 m3/day. Additionally, integrating the automated control and pretreatment units for CDI products is the most crucial part in manufacturing. Furthermore, the feasibility study will be conducted by manufacturing company in a pilot plant.
