2016-04-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/707877摘要:由於台灣位於特殊的地理位置,因此面臨各式各樣的天然災害,例如:地震、颱風與豪雨,其中地震最難以預估與防範,突如其來的地震會對結構物造成嚴重損害,因此能在地震來臨前後,做出準確的因應措施是十分重要地。本計畫提出三個工作項目,包含「地震預警技術研發」、「結構受震反應快速評估」與「結構健康診斷與損傷評估」。期望以強震即時警報系統( Earthquake Early Warning System, EEWS)於地震來臨之前,藉由分析強震發生時之P 波相關參數,即時預測此次地震之震源距離、地震規模、最大地表加速度(Peak Ground Acceleration, PGA)與最大樓層加速度(Peak Floor Acceleration, PFA);於地震發生後對結構物進行健康診斷與損壞評估,以「隨機子空間識別法」、「中央融合技術及模式層級融合技術」兩種方法與「基於振動反應之結構健康監測與損傷評估平台」來進行結構即時之健康監測與損傷評估,做為後續處理對策相關的資訊。 本計畫以中部科學工業園區管理局大樓為標的,首先於國家地震工程研究中心與國立交通大學等單位,建構縮尺結構並進行震動台測試,做為方法之驗證。再使用2015 年底於中科管理局安裝完成之強震監測系統與國家地震工程研究中心於全台灣架設之寬頻強震觀測網之紀錄,逐步完成未來三年之所有工作項目。<br> Abstract: The occurrence of earthquakes still could not effectively be predicted owing to technology limitation, development of Earthquake Early Warning System (EEWS) will be an efficacious way to reduce possible loss of lives and properties. In order to widely popularize EEWs, this three-year proposal will combine application engineering and theoretical seismology for applying real-time broadband seismic network within whole Taiwan and try to verify and develop several EEWs related technologies. A series of experiments will be conducted on shaking table to verify the proposed algorithm in predicting the peak ground acceleration (PGA) and peak floor acceleration (PFA). Exploiting the observed characteristics in the variation of various modal parameters, a novel structural health monitoring (SHM) system will then be developed. The implementation of the developed system will be conducted in Central Taiwan Science Park in the second year and then extend to the seismic monitoring network in the third year.
