2017-03-152024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/681526摘要：為建立全國性海域基礎資訊，整備海洋事務推展與決策之參考資訊，內政部擬具「我國海域調查與圖資整合發展計畫」，自104至109年辦理海域國土基礎資料調查、推動海域空間資料整合與流通共享機制。另鑑於周邊國家對於我國大陸礁層或專屬經濟海域權益之威脅依舊存在，爰納入「我國大陸礁層與島礁調查計畫」相關內容，持續執行我國大陸礁層與島礁調查等相關工作。 本「106年我國海域基礎調查及測繪工作案」即為「我國海域調查與圖資整合發展計畫」項下工作之一，除了延續前一&#63886;&#64001;主要之工作項目外，並增加太平島及其周邊海域水文環境時序變化與極端事件先導調查以及臺灣周邊海域海底災害潛勢區域先導研究兩個子項目。目標為持續執行調查、蒐集我國大陸礁層及專屬經濟海域範圍內之海底地形、地球物理、地質、礦產資源、水文資源、地質災害事件與極端氣候事件紀錄等各項科學佐證資料，並納入我國大陸礁層空間地理資訊系統進行評估、分析，提供海域劃界談判參考以及政府相關單位對於海洋資源永續開發之規劃、管理與使用。 本工作案工作團隊由國立臺灣大學、國立中央大學以及中華民國地球物理學會共同組成，其中以國立臺灣大學為計畫統整單位。本(106)年度工作內容包括「海底地形圖測繪」、「沉積與地殼構造調查」、「海上磁力測量」、「海上重力測量」、「太平島及其周邊海域水文環境時序變化與極端事件先導調查」、「臺灣周邊海域海底災害潛勢區域先導研究」以及「海域調查設備檢修及維護」等項目。 本案執行後預期可獲得以下效益：一、提升我國海域調查成果品質並促進資料流通與整合運用；二、幫助大陸礁層主權的主張；三、掌握海床及底土資源的潛能；四、強化我國專屬經濟海域的主權；五、培育國家海洋科技的人才。<br> Abstract: The Department of Land, Ministry of Interior, has carried out an integrated marine survey program for building the database of our nation’s exclusive economic zone (EEZ) since 2015. These basic marine data provide the references for the policy making of our government and for the utilization and development of our nation’s EEZ. The marine survey works to be conducted in this program include bathymetric survey, sedimentary and crustal structure survey, marine magnetic and gravity survey, plus performing maintenance works on the survey equipment. This year, two additional tasks have been added to the work list, they are “the hydrologic circle and the extremely events around the Taiping Islands” and “the potential geological sensitive areas around Taiwan". Our research team is composed of scientists from three organizations: the National Taiwan University, the National Taiwan Ocean University, and the Chinese Taipei Geophysical Society. Each team member is assigned to take charge of specific works, and the National Taiwan University is the corresponding institution of this project. We anticipate that after the execution of this project, the following goals could be achieved: (1) advancing the quality and utilization of our marine survey data; (2) protecting the right of tour nation’s EEZ; (3) enhancing our knowledge on potential marine natural resources under the seabed; (4) strengthening the rights of our exclusive economic zone by the solid survey evidences; (5) cultivating and training our young oceanographic experts and scientists.海域探測國土調查圖資整合計畫經濟海域marine surveyinvestigation of nation`s territoryintegrated development programexclusive economic zone
