An electrophysiologic study was performed. Persistent atrial standstill was demonstrated by detailed right atrium and coronary sinus mapping and failure of capture of both fight atrium and coronary sinus pacing. A prolonged junctional recovery time, normal HV interval and normal pacing threshold of the fight ventricle were also noted. The patient was successfully treated with cardiac pacing and diuretics.[SDGs]SDG3adult; article; case report; clinical examination; coronary sinus; heart atrium; heart electrophysiology; heart pacing; human; Kugelberg Welander disease; male; priority journal; restrictive cardiomyopathyAtrial standstill in a case of Kugelberg-Welander syndrome with cardiac involvement: An electrophysiologic studyletter10.1016/S0167-5273(99)00078-9104543122-s2.0-0033620928
