2013-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/710957摘要:中文摘要 本研究計畫透過宜蘭縣中高齡智障者家長之生命回顧來耙梳宜蘭縣智障者社會福利發展歷史,並以此在地的福利發展歷史觀點,與以「國家」觀點論述的台灣社會福利發展歷史對話。本研究採用質性研究方法,研究對象包含目前進行中的智障者家長團體成員,及其所推薦的宜蘭智障者社會福利關鍵人物,未來還可能以滾雪球方式增加研究對象。研究設計採用「參與式行動研究」(participatory action research),主張參與者有能力參與研究過程所有的步驟。研究資料蒐集方法包括:(1)深度訪談;(2家長團體聚會;(3)田野調查。資料分析將採用扎根理論,並運用分析軟體MAXQDA協助。本研究預期貢獻包括:(1)協助中高齡智障者家長進行生命回顧與統整;(2)進行「宜蘭縣智障者社會福利發展歷史」專書寫作;(3)將「宜蘭經驗」擴展到社會福利的範疇。由於參與式行動研究過程非常複雜且充滿倫理兩難情境,因此本研究除提報本校研究倫理委員會審查之外,研究者將扮演倫理監察員角色,以坦承、尊重的態度與研究參與伙伴一起工作與分享生活,並針對研究過程中的倫理考量與困境進行田野筆記,未來將進一步分析與就教研究同儕。 <br> Abstract: This study aims to write up the development history of social welfare for the developmentally disabled people in Yi-Lan County, Taiwan. So far, almost all the research regarding social welfare history in Taiwan takes on a national perspective. This study will provide a good basis for dialogue between national and local perspectives in history-making. This study applies qualitative methods. Research participants include parents of the developmentally disabled people, the key informants in Yi-Lan, and other participants using snow-balling techniques. Field observation of service agencies and government offices will be scheduled. Participatory action research model is applied to empower community action participants. Data analysis will be assisted by MAXQDA software, using the framework of grounded theory. The potential contributions of this study include (1) to assist the parents of the developmentally disabled in life review and integration, (2) to compose a local history of Yi-Lan social welfare for the developmentally disabled people, (3) to broaden the Yi-Lan experiences to social welfare field.
