戴政臺灣大學:流行病學研究所王雅婷Wang, Ya-TingYa-TingWang2007-11-272018-06-292007-11-272018-06-292004http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/56226本研究根據最簡單的三元體家庭資料,模擬當只考慮父母之一標識對偶基因為異質基因型的家庭時,在特定疾病基因頻率、標識基因頻率及遺傳模式下,利用TDT統計量求出檢定力。再應B-值統計量可以依目前所收資料推測結果趨勢之特性,估計出若家庭資料收集至預期樣本數時之條件檢定力。最後,將比較TDT統計量所得之檢定力與經由B-值統計量觀念所得條件檢定力之關係。Transmission/disequilibrium test (TDT) is a commonly used method for analysis of linkage. The basis data unit used for TDT method is the case-parent triad family. Since collection of triad families could be sequentially in practical study, it is interesting to develop power-monitoring procedure for TDT testing procedure. In this paper, we use the B-Value statistic to accomplish the goal.
