張喜寧2006-07-262018-06-292006-07-262018-06-291999http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/18193已由台灣地生蘭根部分離並純化 出有用的8種蘭菌菌種,以綠豆小苗 接種蘭菌,證實所分離的蘭菌並無致 病性,而接種蘭菌於金線連及彩葉蘭 具有促進種子發芽及小苗生長的作 用,在瓶外之自然環境下接種皆可顯 著促進彩葉蘭植株的生長,彩葉蘭無 菌播種以花寶一號及花寶三號蔗糖以 每升中添加20或30g者發芽率較佳, 添加活性碳促進瓶內金線連植株的頂 芽優勢,但不利於側芽的產生,椰子 水的添加與否對植株生長無太大的影 響,已知金線連的生長適溫為20/15 ℃,而本試驗結果證實,彩葉蘭的生 長適溫為30/25℃。今年已在彩葉蘭及 金線連開花時,經人工授粉取得果 莢,以供進一步研究之用。Eight kind of orchid mycorrhizal fungi (OMF) were isolated and purified from roots of terristrial orchids in Taiwan. All of them showed no harmful effects for the growth of 7-days-old mungbean sprouts. The inoculation of OMF to Anoectochilus formosanus Hayata and Haemaria discolor var. dawsoniana all showed significant enhancement for seed germination and seedling growth in vitro as well as those in vivo. In vitro, Hyponex No. 1 or 3 with either 20 or 30 g/l of sucrose in growth medium had higher germination rate for Haemaria discolor. For Anoectochilus formosanus. Activated carbon enhanced the expression of apical dominance but inhibited the formation of lateral buds. Also there was no significant effect for the presence of coconut water in the growth medium. It was known previously that the optimum temperature for the growth of Anoectochilus formosanus was 20/15 ℃ (day/night temperature) , and the results showed that for Haemaria discolor , 30/25 ℃was optimum.
