2004-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/661765摘要:本年度目標在進行LsGRP1功能性研究,分析LsGRP1與植物抗病性之關係及嘗試建構LsGRP1基因轉殖煙草,探討 LsGRP1應用於建構抗灰黴病品系的方法及可能成效。主要由LsGRP1生體外交互聯結功能及LsGRP1於植物細胞之分 佈,來瞭解LsGRP1於植物細胞壁強化所扮演的角色;並建構LsGRP1基因轉殖煙草,分析LsGRP1基因表現情形及其對基因轉殖煙草生長及對病原感染的反應,以評估LsGRP1之應用性。<br> Abstract: The goal of this project is to study the function of LsGRP1 and analyze the involvement of LsGRP1 in plant disease resistance. The construction of LsGRP1 transgenic tobacco will be performed to establish feasible procedure for construction of transgenics against Botrytis pathogen. Main investigations will be the cross-linking function of LsGRP1 in vitro and the distribution of LsGRP1 in plant cells, that will facilitate the functionalexploration of LsGRP1 in plant defense. In addition, LsGRP1 transgenic tobacco will be constructed and analyzed the expression of LsGRP1 and its effect on the growth of tobacco and pathogen attack.
