2002-08-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/689447摘要:鈦鎳形狀記憶合金(TiNi SMAs)因擁有形狀記憶效應(SME),超彈性(PE)及不錯的制震能(DC),因而被視為機能材料,並廣泛應用於工程及醫學領域,是一個極具應用潛力的智慧材料。唯由結晶學之計算,TiNi SMAs之SME/PE會因不同之方位而有不同的值,顯示其PE/SME性能與合金之織構有關,然而,如何由合金設計及加工製程來掌握最佳織構之產生?TiNi SMAs之晶粒可經由加工製程及再結晶而加以微細化,甚至於細化到100nm以下之奈米晶粒,而TiNi SMAs之SME/PE及DC性能是否會受晶粒大小,也就是受麻田散體兄弟晶內微雙晶帶(Microtwin Band)大小之影響嗎?另外,TiNi SMAs二元或三元合金可因合金設計及熱處理之不同而改變其機械性質,不同的機械性能,例如強、硬度,Modulus等之不同,是否也會使TiNi SMAs之DC、SME、PE等特性不同?這些問題,都極待進一步的研究以便加以闡明。本計畫依主持人過去十餘年來對TiNi SMAs研究之經驗,擬由改變TiNi SMAs織構、晶粒大小及機械性質之不同,來了解這些因素對TiNi SMAs的PE/SME、DC<br> Abstract: The characteristics of shape memory effect (SME), superelasticity (PE) and high damping capacity (DC) are usually considered TiNi SMAs to be smart materials and highly potential applying to the engineering field. According to the study of crystallography, SME/PE of TiNi SMAs will be affected by the crystal orientation, i.e., affected by the texture of the alloys. However, how to obtain the best SME/PE properties from the texture control? The grain size of TiNi SMAs can be controlled by the work hardening/recrystallization and the range of grain size can be obtained from several m to below 100nm. It is interested to know that how the factor of grain size can affect the SME/PE and DC properties. The mechanical properties of TiNi SMAs, such as strength, hardness and modulus can be altered by the different alloy design and working processes. We also interest to know the relationship between mechanical properties and the performance of SME/PE and DC. In this 3-year subproject, the effects of texture, grain size and mechanical properties on SME/PE and DC properties of TiNi SMAs will be intensively studied. From the integration of experimental approaches, the best method used to improvement the SME/PE and DC properties will be proposed.
