2002-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/657663摘要:我國食藥用之特用作物資源具豐富的生物多樣性。面對國際上對保育生物多樣性、永續利用其組成,以及公平合理的分享等壓力,除了必須保存這些生物種類、延續物種基因之遺傳多樣性之外,也必須研究開發這些資源的附加價值例如生理機能性等。 本子計畫計畫以四年期間研究我國本土食藥用蕈菇類資源的生物多樣性,尋找適切的生理活性指標物質 (biomarker),開發具機能保健潛力的資源物種,將可落實瞭解我國食藥用特用作物資源的生物多樣性,並促進資源的永續利用及相關產業的永續發展。本年度之目標包括蕈菇類生理活性指標物質(免疫調節蛋白及triterpenoids)的分離製備與純化,評估不同蕈菇類物種的免疫調節及抗腫瘤活性,以瞭解食藥用蕈菇類資源的生物遺傳多樣性與生理活性之關係。 <br> Abstract: Biodiversity resources of edible and medical herbs in Taiwan are rich and potential. Besides conserving these species, it is much important to investigate their additional value such as their physiological functionality. There are many herbs that have been reported to providing functional activities for various diseases in the literature.
