2014-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/664766摘要:針對過去紅豆不整地撒播與整地精密點播的缺失,以及八行式播種後之作畦無法配合後續之機械採收,本計畫擬研製一新型之曳引機附掛式十二行不整地紅豆開溝播種覆土作畦之作業機,另也開發播種過程之自動監測系統,達到節能高效率之田間機械播種,大幅減輕農民作業辛勞及降低操作成本。本計畫擬研製之機種極適合水稻採收後田間餘留切碎稻草之不整地或休耕地田播種,具有播種快速、種子用量少、覆土均勻等特點,而其種子分佈性、發芽率及收成產量相對亦能隨之提高。<br> Abstract: In order to improve the drawbacks of non-tillage broadcast seeding and precision planting after tillage for adzuki beans, and also to solve the problem of mechanical harvesting of different crop rows, a twelve-row non-tillage tractor-attached planter for red beans will be developed. The furrow opener, soil covering device and bedder will be combined with this planter as an integrated machine. In addition, an automatic monitoring system for metering mechanism of seeds will also be developed. Not only the purposes of energy saving and high efficiency can be achieved, the toils of farmer and costs of operation can also be reduced tremendously. The developed machine will be suitable for non-tillage paddy fields after harvesting of rice kernels or fallow lands. The advantages are fast planting, economic seed metering and uniform soil covering.
