2011-01-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/643534摘要:生技製藥產業深具發展潛力,為政府重點推動發展之高附加價值、知識導向型產業;政府於「挑戰2008-國家發展重點計畫」、「兩兆雙星」及核定通過之「生技起飛鑽石行動方案」,皆將「生技」列為主要發展項目,由此顯示該產業的發展潛力。轉譯醫學是後基因體時代的顯學,轉譯醫學之發展奠基於基因體研究成果與生物資訊的快速發展,使疾病可以從全功能體層面來探討其致病機制,並且可運用基因體醫學方法來研擬診斷與治療對策。結合基礎醫學研究、疾病標記與藥物研發及臨床診斷、治療三大領域,以跨領域方式可以加速疾病標記與新藥研發,縮短基礎研究成果、理論實際應用到臨床治療所需的時程,加快生技產業之推動。本「實驗動物暨轉譯醫學研究」之推動計畫,主要規劃(一)進行重要疾病基因體、蛋白質體學及代謝體研究。(二)開發疾病分子標靶以提供新藥研發基礎。(三) 開發疾病診斷、治療之新方法。(四)建立疾病動物模式,提供疾病標記與新藥研發模型。期望本推動計畫能整合基礎與臨床的雙向互動之醫學研究來探討重要疾病之不同層面的問題。本計畫的推動希望結合國內優秀的生命科學、資訊科學以及臨床醫學人才共同努力,提升我國臨床治療之發展及協助生技產業之推動。<br> Abstract: The biopharmaceutical industry, with high developmental potential, has been promotedas a knowledge-based and high value-added industry by the government. In 挑戰2008-國家發展重點計畫」,「兩兆雙星」 and the approved「生技起飛鑽石行動方案」 ,biotechnology had been set as a major development project to reveal the developmentalpotential of the industry.Translation medicine is an important topic in the post-genomic era. The development oftranslation medicine is based on the research of genomics and the rapid expansion ofbio-informatics. Diseases can be comprehensively analyzed for pathogenic mechanism fromthe aspect of functional proteomics; furthermore, diagnostic and therapeutic strategy can beachieved by using genomic medicine. With the combination of basic medical research,disease markers and drug development, clinical diagnosis and treatment, an interdisciplinaryapproach can be used to accelerate drug development for disease, shorten the duration whichrequired from basic research, practical application of theory to clinical treatment, therebyfacilitating the promotion of biotechnology industry.In this new Proposal of Animal Disease Models and Translational Medical ResearchProject, our Aims are to (a) carry out genomics, proteomics and metabolomics research ofimportant diseases, (b) develop molecular targets of diseases for new drug development. (c)develop new methods of disease diagnosis and therapeutic modelities. (d) develop new animaldisease models for the screening of drug and the validation of drug target. We expect topromote good interactions between basic and clinical medical research to explore differentaspects of the problem on important disease.
