Two such cases are described, with hearing impairment, cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea, and several episodes of meningitis. Diagnosis was confirmed by high-resolution computed tomography. After surgical correction of the malformation, there was no recurrent episode of meningitis at subsequent follow-up. To avoid the suffering and the sequelae of recurrent meningitis, an early diagnosis and prompt surgical intervention are crucial for such patients.Cerebrospinal fluid leakage; Mondini dysplasia; Recurrent meningitis[SDGs]SDG3article; case report; child; computer assisted tomography; congenital malformation; ear disease; evoked brain stem auditory response; female; fistula; human; inner ear; meningitis; pathology; perception deafness; preschool child; radiography; syndrome; Child; Child, Preschool; Ear Diseases; Ear, Inner; Evoked Potentials, Auditory, Brain Stem; Female; Fistula; Hearing Loss, Sensorineural; Humans; Meningitis; Syndrome; Tomography, X-Ray ComputedMondini Dysplasia with Recurrent Meningitisjournal article88543532-s2.0-0030185636
