2020-04-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/674647摘要:臺灣年均農業廢水產量大,其處置應朝向高質化之綠色資源生產,實現農業循環經濟理念。本研究以建構「綠色梯級分離技術」為主軸,整合數種物化分離機制(包括:薄膜分離、電雙層吸附、離子交換、電化學再生等特點),透過「分離模組設計」、「關鍵材料開發」及「程序系統優化」三大研發主軸,開發「整合式精準分離系統」,並應用於農業廢水回收及資源循環再利用。本研究規劃執行五年,研究目標包括:建置實驗室規模之精準分離單元,評析農業廢水中有價物質與營養鹽回收效率(第一年);評估精準分離程序進行有價資源回收之績效,研析分離系統之水與能源效率(第二年);建立預測模式與反應動力學關鍵參數,建置模組系統整合與功能設計(第三年);評析整合後端生物轉換程序農業廢棄物資源化之潛力,建立最適化評估模型(第四年);建立農業循環經濟示範亮點場址,建置技術規模放大與連續操作(第五年)。本計畫藉由整合式創新思維,進行低能耗分離模組之開發,並致力建立「國際學術合作」及「國內產學研發」平台,最終以技術示範與商業化為目標,於國內建立農業循環經濟示範亮點場址,完成規模放大與連續操作,以期能帶動國內綠色科技產業與農業資源永續循環。<br> Abstract: Since a significant amount of agricultural wastewater is annually generated in Taiwan, the treatment of agricultural wastewater should be emphasized on the production of high value-added green resources for realizing the circular economy in agriculture. In this project, we aim to establish “green cascade separation technologies” by integrating several physico-chemical separation mechanisms including membrane separation, electric double layer adsorption, ion exchange, and electrochemical regeneration. We will focus on three R&D pillars, i.e., design of separation modulus, development of key functional materials, and optimization of process system, to develop the “integrated precision separation system”. This system will be utilized for the recycle of agricultural wastewater and the recovery of valuable resources. The project period is expected to be five years. The objectives of this project are (1) to establish lab-scale precision separation units and estimate the recovery efficiency of valuable resources and nutrients from agricultural wastewater, (2) to evaluate the performance of valuable resources recovery by the developed precision separation units and determine the efficiency of water resources and energy of the units, (3) develop the prediction models and establish the functional design of the small-scale separation units by determining the key reactor design parameters, (4) investigate the potential of the integration of the developed separation technologies for other biological treatment processes and establish the assessment models for system optimization, and (5) build up several highlight sites in Taiwan for demonstrating the circular economy system in agriculture and scale-up the separation processes with continuous operations. We will utilize the concept of “integration for innovation” to development the precision separation technologies with low energy consumption. We will be also dedicated to develop the R&D collaborative programs with international accredited organization and local industries. We will put the developed technologies into demonstration and commercialization to realizing the circular economy system in Taiwan.
