張玨2006-07-252018-06-292006-07-252018-06-292003-07-31http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/4747本研究目的在於:(1)建構充權觀點的社區婦女健康促進方案:以更年期為 例。(2)轉換醫療化的婦女健康經驗為正向積極的健康促進。(3)提高社區婦女身體 意識與主體性。(4)營造對婦女友善的社區文化與醫療環境。(5)增進社區對健康議 題的性別敏感度,建構以婦女需求為導向的社區健康服務資源。 以參與式行動研究進行,自願參與的婦女社團代表為對象,共九個社團三十 位婦女(平均一個社團2-5 人),並以更年期作為一個婦女健康促進實例去驗證『充 權教育』的成效。以焦點團體邀請婦女團體檢視參加更年期倡導團體的必要性與 需要性,再進一步設計兩天的工作坊,提供充權技巧與全方位健康促進視野與多 元資訊管理能力,更年期倡導志工之充權衛教團體的方式,發展參與式更年期健 康促進充權教材和在社團內推動雛形健康促進方案的建構。再繼續社團訪問,發 現其回去社團推動的契機與困境,會因社團功能、對更年期主題的了解,而會有 不同的設計與進展。 由於SARS 傳染病的流行,造成婦女團體無法聚集現象,因此只能追蹤兩個 月計畫就結束了,所以對本研究目的只完成前三點,後續需要繼續追蹤。The aims of the study are to: 1) establish community women’s health promotion plan based on empowerment perspectives, using menopause as an example, 2) transfer medicalization of women’s health experiences into positive health promotion, 3) increase community women’s physical awareness and self-sufficiency, 4) build friendly community culture and medical environment for menopausal women, 5) increase community sensitivity toward health related issues and establish community health service based on women’s need. Through participatory action research design, the ‘community empowerment model‘ has been built by nine women’s NGOs and totally 30 women in this study. After participating in a two-day advocacy workshop, the women in each NGO have worked together to strengthen the health needs inside the organization initiated by menopausal issue and build network for the outside women’s NGOs. They form the ‘ Menopausal self-help group”. They share the experiences of life events, turning points, illness and help seeking behaviors. They also confront the physical and emotional challenges and the way of coping. Furthermore, they also exchange their resources in order to build a better environment of their own organization as well as to enhance the sister NGOs. Follow up the field visits to those NGOs, the health promotion program on the issue of menopause have been initiated based on different preparation of individual NGOs. The study outcomes fulfilled the factors of empowerment model, such as clarification for ambiguous information, resource exchange, network built, self participation and . partnership building.
