2009-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/661552摘要:本年度將從家畜飼養場收集糞便,進行Salmonella spp.、Campylobacter jejuni、Campylobacter coli、Enterococcus faecalis、Enterococcus faecium及Escherichia coli等微生物分離鑑定及抗藥性分析,以監控飼料添加抗生素停用後相關抗藥性的變化情形。利用所分離的微生物進行抗藥性測試,所得資料可提供農政單位參考,除可持續監控豬場中微生物抗藥性變化,也可了解禁止飼料添加或禁止產食動物使用之抗菌劑在禁用後微生物抗藥性的變化情形,並進行經濟評估以作為外來施政的參考依據。<br> Abstract: In this year, we will collect microorganism animal farms in Taiwan. The feces samples will be collected by swabs to isolate microorganism such as Salmonella spp., Campylobacter jejuni, Campylobacter coli, Enterococcus faecalis, Enterococcus faecium and Escherichia coli and analyze the related to antibiotic resistance.
