2009-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/682394摘要：依據英國農場動物福利委員會 (Farm Animal Welfare Council; FAWC) 乳牛動物福利原則，設計成量化評估方法，內容包含：「動物照顧」、「健康管理」及「牛舍與活動區域」三大類，共計八十個評估項目，並隨機挑出台灣53家乳牛場進行現場評估，數據經過[如: 無母數分析等 ]統計，依40~99頭、100~199頭、200~299頭、300頭以上四種乳牛場規模，以及牛床、墊料和軟墊三種畜舍型態予以分類，進行不同規模及不同畜舍型態間動物福利狀況的量化比較，並針對通案性項目予以探討。<br> Abstract: to assess the current status of management, in the viewpoint of animal welfare, and offering our suggestions, using the criteria of Farm Animal Welfare Council (FAWC) in United Kingdom. There are basically 80 items of assessment were designed, categorized into three domains, comprising: animal caring, health management. Totally 53 diary farms were randomly selected and interviewed to collect data.
