2020-04-212024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/663625摘要：本「離岸風電場址海域地質調查」先期規劃案，主要係蒐集既有分散在產、官、學的離岸風力發電場址海域調查之相關地質資料，其中包括總長度需達2,000公里之多頻道反射震測資料、淺地層剖面資料 (如sparker或boomer等地層剖面資料)，挑選具代表性的資料，進行詳細資料處理、分析及解釋達500公里以上。 資料蒐集範圍包括彰濱離岸風力發電風場(南區)及桃、竹、苗近海區域(北區)風場兩大區塊，其中南區主要包含11至19以及26至29號風場，北區則著重在2、5及6號風場及其鄰近風場(3及4號風場)海域。共計有5大工作項目，包括既有資料蒐集及彙整、資料處理及解釋分析、初步地質安全風險評估分析、後續海域地質調查規劃建議及離岸風電場址資料庫建置雛型建議。 目的為了解及掌握離岸風電場址海域地質概況，並據以規劃後續的海域地質調查計畫，以補足所需資料，完整掌握地質狀況，作為配合政府推動離岸風電重大政策之基礎資料，提供風機基礎施工安全及未來運轉階段的地質安全風險管控，奠定我國離岸風力發電能源永續發展的安全基礎。<br> Abstract: The project, "Advance Planning of the Geological and Geophysical Investigation in the Off-Shore Wind Farm Areas", aims to collect the relating existed geological and geophysical data in the Off-Shore wind farm areas from industries, government departments, and academia organizations. The major focusing data should be including at least 2,000 km of the multichannel seismic, sparker, or boomer profiles and choosing at least 500 km data to analyze. The data collecting areas are including 2 Off-Shore wind farm areas. One is the north area nearby the off-shore of Taoyuan city, Hsinchu city, and Miaoli county including No. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 wind farms. The other one is the south area nearby the off-shore of Changhua county including No. 11 ~ 19, and 26 ~ 29 wind farms. Five main goals are expected to achieve in the project, including collecting the existing data, processing and analyzing the chose data, analyzing the preliminary geological safety risk, planning and suggesting the offshore geological and geophysical investigation in the future, and the Off-Shore wind farm database prototype suggestion. The final purposes are to better understand the geological and geophysical situation of the Off-Shore wind farm areas and have the overall views of the areas.
