2007-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/678419摘要:目前國際上慣用之道路平坦度檢測方式,多採速度快、準確性高之慣性式平坦儀進行,可蒐集大規模路網之施測資料,用以評估道面之使用狀況並納入鋪面管理系統之中。但國內相關管理單位對於鋪面施工平坦度之要求卻仍停留在傳統之觀念,對檢測儀器、指標定義及相關程序皆鮮少更新,無法真實反應道路品質與用路人之感受。而對於慣性式平坦儀之使用則因缺乏公正之認證制度,難以推行。 本研究將依循經濟部標準檢驗局「以慣性剖面儀量測鋪面縱向剖面試驗法」中詳述之設備精密度與偏差要求,建構完整之慣性式平坦儀設備認證流程與施行方式,配合中華民國實驗室認證體系(CNLA)之實驗室認證流程,策劃國內首座「道路平坦度檢驗制度與認證中心」之設立,進行慣性式平坦儀設備及操作人員之認證評估。 除策劃認證中心之設立外,亦將研發使用車輛疲勞耐久測試儀器設備進行實驗室內之路況重現模擬,針對固定於該設備上之慣性式平坦儀進行重複性之測試,瞭解設備量測數據之精密度及穩定性,可改善國內目前所採用之道路實測路徑不一且路況固定之缺點,並可更完整地評估檢測設備之成效。經由相關測試之進行,本研究將完成各項設備評估準則與流程方法,用以評估各設備之精密度與偏差,並利用實驗室內路況重現模擬之測試技術,更完整地評估不同路況下檢測設備資料接收與處理之正確性,使慣性式平坦儀評估項目更為廣泛,並使整體認證更趨完整。本研究之成果可建置相當完善之慣性式平坦儀認證及校正程序,俾使國內平坦度驗收制度得以更新。 最後將統整測試結果與校正相關事項,建立回饋慣性式平坦儀製造之機制,使國內所生產之設備經由此測試技術評估後,將所得之結果明確地回饋至生產過程中,以更提升其精密度並降低偏差量。 <br> Abstract: The inertial profiler has been used widely in many countries due to the advantages of high speed and accuracy. Highway authorities adapt this kind of equipment for collecting vast pavement roughness data within the roadway network for either performance monitoring or maintenance management. However, Taiwan highway authorities are still using the traditional measuring method, equipment, and index for evaluating pavement roughness/ smoothness. The existing methodology has not much relationship with the reception of most road users. In this study, the first step is to establish the calibration and verification process for inertial profiler through the proven National CNS test method of “ Method of tst for measuring the longitudinal profile of traveled surface with an accelerometer established inertial profiling reference.” The next step is to develop the first “Center for Roadway Smoothness Specification and Verification” through the Chinese National Laboratory Accreditation (CNLA) system. This developed center will provide the evaluation of inertial profiler and license the operator. In additional to the development that mentioned above, another important part of efforts will go to the researches of laboratory testing on inertial profiler accuracy and bias by utilizing the Vehicle Fatigue Testing Facilities provided by Automotive Research and Testing Center. Through the simulation of real roadway condition, tests can be given repeatedly with 100% accuracy in the laboratory that is not possible to be duplicated in the testing field. This invention of test methodology shall be able to provide more precise and broad roadway conditions than others. Through the comprehensive equipment calibration and verification process, it can lead a new era of the roadway smoothness QC and QA specifications. It is also expected that the state-of-the-art knowledge of inertial profiler will be feed back to the manufacture system for modifying its accuracy and bias simultaneously.
