2010-04-282024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/664050摘要:台灣地區在暴雨發生時,河川的原水濁度可能上升至上萬NTU以上,導致淨水廠無法正常供水。本研究計畫將收集整理五座供水量100,000 CMD以上淨水場於暴雨事件發生時,其上游集水區之地形、雨量、延時及其原水、沉澱出流水及清水之水質、水量與操作資料,並加以統計分析,確認濁度變化趨勢及各場供水系統流程中潛在問題。進而規劃建議上述5座淨水場可行之高濁度原水前處理設施或程序,並規劃公共給水水質及供水緊急應變及管理系統及研擬其處理應變技術。承上(98)年度計畫結果,本年度將進行上述5座淨水場之供水系統 (水源、處理單元、送配水管線) 脆弱點分析;對第一年所開發之高濁度水自動監測方法進行現場驗證;檢討不同濁度及延時之條件下,上述5座淨水場現有之高濁原水應變程序之合理性,並據以尋求改善策略;規劃公共給水水質及水量緊急應變管理系統,俾供參考,以提升供水品質;並舉辦一場緊急應變管理系統操作教育訓練會。<br> Abstract: In Taiwan, turbidities of rivers sometime rise to above 10,000 NTU during rainstorm period which makes water treatment plants failed to supply applicative water. This research plan will collect and analyze the topographic, precipitation and duration data in the water basin and the water quantify and quality dada of the raw water, effluent of sedimentation and filtration in five water supply plants whose yield are over 100,000 CMD when storm events occurred to find the problems of water treatment system, to establish an emergency response information management system and a technique for high turbidity raw water treatment for these 5 water supply plants. According to the results of last year, we will assess the weakness point of the water supply system of the five water supply plants; exam the facility of the auto-measuring turbidity equipment; review the contingency plans for high turbidity events of the five plants; design a contingency management system for water supply and hold a symposium of the contingency management system.濁度淨水場turbiditywater treatment plants公共給水緊急應變管理系統及高濁原水處理應變技術之建立(2/2)
