2004-09-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/662244摘要：由植物萃取天然物應用於醫療與保健用途，為農業的重要發展方向之一，臺灣的氣候溫暖適宜，具有豐富的生物多樣性，極具開發天然物的潛力。錫蘭橄欖(Elaeocarpus serratus Linn.)為臺灣常見的庭園樹及行道樹，如能開發錫蘭橄欖葉的用途將有助於提升產業的收益；故本計畫的目的為萃取錫蘭橄欖葉的抽出成分，進一步評估錫蘭橄欖葉萃取物的抗氧化活性，期望能開發錫蘭橄欖葉的用途以及增加錫蘭橄欖的經濟效益。<br> Abstract: Extraction of natural compounds having specific bioactivies and/or medicinal properties from plants is one of important developments of agricultural researches. Taiwan hosts a broad biological diversity and many special plants. The abundant forest resources in Taiwan contain plenty of natural products with medicinal or healthy functions. Ceylon olive (Elaeocarpus serratus Linn.) is one of ornamental and landscape hardwoods in Taiwan. The targets of this project are to prepare the extract from Ceylon olive leaves and to evaluate the antioxidative activity of this extract. Through this research, it is expected that extract from Ceylon olive leaves is of great potential as antioxidative agent.
