2015-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/682461摘要：104年度「農藥中佐劑評估及農藥分類標示管理計畫」（以下簡稱本計畫）」的四大計畫目標為：(1) 提升成品農藥危害辨識與安全使用；（2）協助建立以化學品全球調和制度（GHS）為基礎之農藥標示管理制度；（3）製備農藥安全資訊，提供農藥業者參考運用及（4）參與跨部會合作及資訊共享。 本計畫主要工作包括：（1）研析國際上農藥佐劑法規管理制度、調查國內農藥佐劑使用現況，並建立我國農藥佐劑優先評估清單；（2）蒐集彙整國際農藥分類及標示管理的最新作法；（3）持續增修農藥安全資訊資料庫；及（4）建置資料交換標準規格。 本計畫之工作重點除了持續蒐集國際資訊外，並透過共通性資訊服務平台（農藥SDS參考例、農藥安全資訊資料庫）之增修訂、農藥佐劑危害性評估等措施，增進GHS推廣成效，建立未來全面實施之基礎。<br> Abstract: Four main objectives of the “2015 The plane of Pesticide Inert Ingredients Hazardous Assessment and Pesticide Classification and Labelling Management” (as the Project) are: (1) to advance the hazard identification and safe use for formulated agro-pesticides, (2) to assistthe establishment of labelling and management system based on GHS,(3) to prepare the pesticide/insecticide safety information for pesticide/insecticide industries reference, and (4) to participate in inter-agency cooperation and share chemical information. The Project aims to deliver the following works: (1) investigate the use of inert ingredients of pesticide in Taiwan and establish its priority list for hazard assessment; (2) collect and analyze the international harmonization development of classification and labelling of pesticide/insecticide align with GHS; (3) add, review and update pesticide safety information; and (4) establish the data exchange standard. To enhance the outcomes of GHS and establish the basis for full implementation, the Project focuses on continuing international information collection and analysis, information platform development (including relevant SDS examples, pesticide safety information etc.), and hazard assessment for pesticide inert ingredients.農藥安全高爾夫球場pesticidesafetygolf coarse
