2009-05-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684282摘要：為因應全球經濟危機，導致就業市場不振現象，鼓勵大專院校配合花卉產業試驗研究需求，提供相關培訓機會，積極接納有意投入花卉產業之新進職場之大專以上畢業生，分駐各研究機構由專家帶領學習產業重要關鍵知能，並藉由花卉試驗研究或推廣工作經驗，一方面可增進花卉科技研發之研發能量，以協助解決目前產業面臨各項產銷問題，另方面，由做中學，接受花卉專業技能訓練，培育我國花卉科技之試驗研究與推廣人才，俟產業景氣回溫，可立即投入職場發揮所學貢獻產業，提升我國花卉產業競爭力。<br> Abstract: Job market tightens in Taiwan because of the world economic crisis. Colleges match up their flower research demands to provide opportunities for graduates who want to get a flower industrial job in the future. It can solve the job market problem and the graduates can get experience and professional skills during this year.
