2004-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/660488摘要:酪梨可依開花行為,分為A、B兩種形式, A型早上開雌花,下午開雄花;B型則顛倒。因此,在正常狀況下需以A、B型間植以互為授粉樹,但若開花時期逢低溫或高相對濕度,會改變此一模式,使得大面積可栽培較高產的A型品種。本研究擬先調查台灣酪梨的開花時間與開花週期,瞭解其自交之可能性;再以逢機增殖多型性染色體(RAPD)技術檢測其自交結實之比例,並希望能供作栽地區試作時種植規畫之依據;最後依現有氣象資料,評估以單一品系作為生產主力之可能地區。目前酪梨在台灣的產區目前多集中在嘉義、台南一帶。藉由估算自異交果實方法的建立,可在不同地區試作時,依結果決定適當的種植模式,屆時暨可利用緯度及海拔高度的差異,達到全年皆可生產酪梨果實的產期調節目的。<br> Abstract: Avocados can be divided in two types (A and B) by their floral behavior. A type avocados have female flowers in the morning and male flowers in the afternoon, The reverse exhibition occurs on B type cultivars. So it is needed to plant cultivars of two types row by row in orchards to get fruit. In some cases, such as low temperature or high relative humidity during flowering period, it is possible that self-pollination could happen. And we can produce avocado fruits by planting one cultivar in large areas. This research is planned to study the flowering period and floral behavior in Taiwan for understanding the possibility of self-pollination. Then Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD) method is used to calculate the self-pollination rate of avocado fruits. According to the meteorological data, regions with the potential to have one cultivar for production use will be evaluated. Now in Taiwan avocado fruits are produced at Chiayi and Tainan. Once the method for calculating self-pollination rate of avocado fruits is established, it is useful for local field test to determine proper planting strategies.
