2012-08-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/658618摘要：臨床倫理諮詢在美國與加拿大已經是各大型醫院都具備的臨床服務之一，台灣也開始關注臨床倫理諮詢的相關議題。本研究將依據過去受國科會補助探討臨床倫理諮詢在加護病房執行的效益為基礎 (NSC 98-2511-S-002-004)，透過質性研究的方法首先建構「主動性臨床倫理諮詢」的操作標準與「系統性臨床倫理教學」的教學方法與內容。依據所建構的「主動性臨床倫理諮詢」的操作標準與「系統性臨床倫理教學」的教學方法與內容，針對家庭醫學部住院個案，執行「主動性臨床倫理諮詢」與「系統性臨床倫理教學」。更將藉由質性與量性研究的方法，評估「主動性臨床倫理諮詢」與「系統性臨床倫理教學」執行的效益。本研究計畫達成的研究目的如下：第一、探討住院醫師對臨床倫理教學的需求第二、建構「主動性臨床倫理諮詢」的操作標準第三、了解「主動性臨床倫理諮詢」的相關因子第四、評估「主動性臨床倫理諮詢」的效益第五、評估「系統性臨床倫理教學」的效益<br> Abstract: Clinical ethics consultation has been introduced to clinical medicine in the United States ofAmerica and Canada for several decades. Recently, health care professionals in Taiwan have beenpaying more and more attention to clinical ethics consultation. Based on the research results of aprior research grant supported by Taiwan National Science Council to evaluate the effectiveness ofclinical ethics consultation performed in several intensive care units in National Taiwan UniversityHospital (NSC 98-2511-S-002-004), this research proposal is planned to establish the standards ofprocedures for Proactive Clinical Ethics Consultation (PCEC) and educational methods/contents forSystemic Clinical Ethics Education (SCEE). Following the established standards of procedures forPCEC and educational methods/contents for SCEE, PCEC for admitted patients to Department ofFamily Medicine and SCEE for residents of Department of Family Medicine will be carried out.The outcomes of PCEC and SCEE will further be examined by qualitative and quantitative methodsdepending on whichever is appropriate.
