謝國煌2006-07-252018-06-282006-07-252018-06-282004http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/9396本研究旨在合成及鑑定具不同離子磺 化程度聚胺酯及聚苯胺,並利用聚摻合及接 枝共聚合技術改質材料特性,並進而探討相 容度、形態學與機械性質的相關性。離子磺 化乃利用1,3 propane sultone 之開環反應於 材料結構氮上進行磺化,而引入SO3H 官能 基,接枝共聚合包含二階段反應,其一,乃 利用離子磺化之聚苯胺與三級胺之聚胺酯 鏈延長劑(如MDEA )間產生質子傳送反 應,其二為此反應物再與聚胺酯之單體(如 MDI 、PTMO 或PBA 及1,4-BD )進行聚縮 合反應而合成接枝共聚物。質子傳送機轉與 合成材料結構及其微相結構的鑑定主要經 由核磁共振光譜儀(C 13 NMR )、穿透式電 子顯微鏡(TEM )及原子力場顯微鏡(AFM ) 等儀器分析;機械性質包含彈性模式及損失 模式等;摻雜劑主要為十二烷基苯磺酸及鹽 酸、摻雜材料之導電特性主要探討不同相容 度、不同形態學及不同改質技術在導電特性 的影響。綜合實驗結果,分析不同離子磺化 程度在材料聚摻合與接枝共聚物之微觀結 構、導電特性、相容度與機械性質扮演的角 色與關聯性。The project is going to synthesize and characterize polyurethane and polyaniline with various ionic sulfonation degree and to prepare the polyblends and grafted copolymers based on the mentioned above materials. Furthermore, the relationships among degree of miscibility, morphology and mechanical properties of polyblends and grafted copolymers are constructed. The mechanicism of proton transfer , structure of modified polyurethane and polyaniline and microstructure of the synthesized grafted copolymers and polyblends are characterized by 13 C NMR, TEM and AFM. The mechanical properties of the synthesized copolymers are included of storage modulus and loss modulus.
