曹昭懿2006-07-262018-07-082006-07-262018-07-082005http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/25644在e 化越來越普遍的同時,若能有一深入淺出給予相關專業人員與民眾正確運動 知識,幫助大眾學習之運動技術與運動傷害防治網站,可使有意願接觸運動者,有一好 的諮詢對象,可提升從事運動者場邊處理的能力,使民眾對於傷害防治具有正確觀念。 本計畫希望達到下列目標:1. 建立各單項運動(體操、棒球、網球與中長跑)之標準 動作學習教材;2. 建構以運動傷害為主體之問題導向數位學習教材;3. 建立預防運動 傷害之運動訓練教材。 建構網站時以諮詢運動專家、收集並閱讀書籍文獻等方法充實內容,並輔以大量 之照片、影片、電腦繪圖使內容生動活潑,增進可近性。 結果製作出五課程:運動傷害概論、網球、棒球、體操、中長跑。在運動傷害概 論中,包括運動傷害之流行病學與危險因子、組織傷害種類與癒合過程、運動傷害之緊 急處理、物理治療評估及預防;預防的部分以圖解及真人動作顯示增強柔軟度、肌力、 耐力及心肺耐力之訓練方式。在四種單項運動課程中,各包含運動之標準動作學習教材 及生物力學分析、相關之問題導向數位學習教材,共包含10 子題;在身體各類型組織(如 肌腱、肌肉、韌帶、骨頭)及各身體部位至少有一傷害問題,以便學習者可舉一反三, 實際受傷害時,可應用本學習網站之知識,協助解決問題。每一部份中,均有評量與線 上討論,以確保學習效果。 期望藉由此一以網路為基礎的互動式學習,有助於相關領域的師生、甚至一般民 眾的資訊分享,達到運動強身卻不傷身的效果。To have a professional web-site to share the information about sports injuries and prevention and exercise training is important for nowadays. The purposes of this plan are: 1. to teach the standard movements of sports; 2. to create a set of problem-based learning materials in sports injuries; 3. to give strengthening, endurance training and fitness programs to prevent sports injuries. When constructing the web-site, we consulted the elite sportsmen, read a lot of articles and books. Besides, there were many photos, videos and 3D pictures in the content to facilitate the learning motivation. Results: We have 5 courses finally: Introduction of Sports Injuries, Gymnastics, Baseball, Tennis, and Middle/long Distance Running. In the course of Introduction of Sports Injuries, it contains epidemiology of sports injuries, types of tissue injury and healing process, emergent management of sports injuries, physical therapy evaluation and prevention. Prevention session gave the strengthening, endurance training and fitness programs to prevent sports injuries. In the four courses of sports, each has the techniques, biomechanics and problem-based learning about related injuries. There were 10 problems in this web-site, the problems were designed in every tissue (such as in tendon, muscle, ligament, bone, joint, etc.) and matched with certain kind of injury (such as tendon tear, muscle contusion, joint dislocation, etc.) for the four kinds of sports.
