2019-06-142024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/694485摘要:前三年度已進行的的計畫透過不同的實驗量測方式可確認異質平板及圓管的焊接其安全特性,包含在機械應力與缺陷、以及應力腐蝕與電化學材料微結構特性的影響。除了異質焊接還有在修復上常使用的覆焊技術也能成功分析,在覆焊區的化學耐性、成分特性及材料晶體結構特性都有實驗量測與分析的結果。但在殘留應力的實驗量測及模擬評估的準確性尚待確認,缺陷檢測的無法檢出區域需具備更詳盡的量測資訊搭配數值模擬進行改善,因此本年度計畫將修正並詳細探討這些可能存在潛在安全疑慮之項目。並進一步尋找相關研究文獻與修正研究方法,來改善殘留應力數值模擬的準確問題,針對異質平板對接銲及覆銲、圓管覆銲在熱影響的比較說明,透過文獻的蒐集和分析先前的實驗數據,進一步歸納不同焊接工法在檢測上的注意流程,以及殘留應力的數值分析在模擬條件無法良好的對應修正方法。<br> Abstract: This 4-year project has presented on the safety of weldment on the dissimilar alloys in strip and tube before the first 3-year project, including the mechanical stress, corrosion resistance, microstructure. The repair technique in weld overlay was also successful to analyze in the experimental measurements of mechanical property. However, the residual stress was not certainly evaluated on the accuracy between experimental and numerical results, and also the flaw and crack inspections need to improve the determination by completely measured and by numerical calculation. In this year, the proposal would like to modify the technique in analysis to make sure the safety in weldment. By means of literature review surfing the technique, the simulation in residual stress will become more reliable and accurate.
