2019-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/682376摘要:108年1月1日起至108年12月31日止,將對至少95個豬群進行主動監測,且對5個流感陽性豬群實施追蹤調查,並進行問卷調查蒐集流行病學分析資料。受檢豬隻採集鼻腔黏膜液進行流行性感冒病毒檢測、分離培養及各項特性分析外,亦採集血液分離血清進行抗體檢測與型別鑑定,以獲知我國豬群中各型流感病毒流行狀況與消長趨勢,進而與其他國內人及禽流感疫情調查結果匯整交流,建立整合型流感病毒、抗體與基因序列資料庫,以提供農政防疫單位作為適時調整動物流行性感冒防治工作上之參考。<br> Abstract: In 2019, at least 95 swine herds will be actively surveyed. Five positive swine herds for influenza identified from active surveys will be backtraced. Epidemiological information will be collected via questionnaire. Nasal swabs and serum samples collected from pigs will be assayed for isolation of influenza virus and detection of specific antibodies. The antigenicity, pathogenicity and genetic composition of new influenza viral isolates will be characterized.
