2023-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/663485蘭花為我國重要外銷花卉產業,部分國家如美國、澳大利亞等要求指定依雙邊議定之工作計畫辦理蘭園登錄核可、有害生物管理及查核作業,防檢局為確保外銷蘭花符合輸入國檢疫規定,指定產業公協會辦理外銷核可蘭園定期檢查及蘭園內有害生物鑑定作業,本計畫擬將現行外銷核可蘭園定期檢查及蘭園內有害生物鑑定作業以人工紙本方式之製作之表單提升為智慧資訊化管理,整理現行使用者使用之相關表 單,進行需求訪談會議訪視彙整使用者之需求,規劃設計外銷核可蘭園有害生物系統性管理資料資訊化系統介面,以期於未來減少人工繕寫及登打相關資料所需時間 ,提供各項快速統計分析功能。 本計畫除應用商品化之智慧害蟲影像辨識系統,進行蘭園內害蟲自動辨識,了解蘭園內害蟲發生情形,並於蘭園內建置自動化害蟲監測系統二代原型機,與商品機資訊對照及優化蝴蝶蘭園內害蟲自動化與即時收集蟲相資訊;於實驗室建置自動化高解析度害蟲影像辨識系統,建立測試薊馬類影像辨識模型,並與人工鑑定的結果進行驗證,確認其應用可行性;另建立適用於蝴蝶蘭栽培與病蟲害管理的害蟲密度與病害好發環境警示通知模型。應用智慧害蟲辨識技術提供蝴蝶蘭業者與蝴蝶蘭防檢疫管理者即時的病蟲害相關監測資訊與數位服務,以利其於生產過程中有更有效之管理。同時透過資訊的整合與分析,提供蝴蝶蘭生產業者與檢疫人員蘭園內即時害蟲發生資訊。 The orchid production is an important industry of exportation. According to the bilateral work plans, BAPHIQ authorized entity implemented the regular inspection and pests identification of approved orchid facilities. This project is aim to digitize the pest and management information of approved orchid facilities, to reduce the labor and time using in filling the related forms and typing in the excel file, provide the function of rapid statistical analysis. The project will collect pests information with commercial automated monitering systems in orchid facilities, install the second eneration automated monitoring systems prototype, develop and test high-resolution pest image recognition system for pest sticky paper examination process automation in the laboratory, and to validate the system with the data from manual inspection, build pest and disease-inducing factors alarm models. To establish an automated monitoring and management framework for orchid flower protection by intelligent pest image recognition technology. The real-time information and digital services provided by the framework will facilitate orchid flower growers and stakeholders to improve their production processes.
