2010-03-232024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/660550摘要:有色雞在臺灣雖具有一定的市場佔有率,但其在育種、育成率、疾病防治等方面的研究,一直未受到應有的重視。因此,本連續性調查的總目標為:由土種雞場飼養場收集沙門氏桿菌,並進行抗藥性分析,以探討土種雞場沙門氏桿菌的分離率、抗藥性現況、特定抗藥性基因的變異性、各地區或禽場之間的差異性,作為提升種土雞治療與清除沙門氏桿菌的參考。對年度目標而言:第一年的調查,主要在建立於土種雞場中沙門氏菌的基本資訊。為達到上述年度目標,本年度的重要工作項目包括:土種雞場沙門氏菌的採集、分離與純化、常用藥物的抗菌劑感受性試驗、特定抗藥性基因的偵測、脈衝式電泳的分型與上述試驗結果的整合與分析。祈由第一年較廣泛性的調查中,除可建立部分土種雞場沙門氏菌分離率、抗藥性等的總體基本資訊,以供主管單位與業者參考外,並可做為第二年連續調查的基礎與參考。<br> Abstract: The Taiwan native chicken occupied a significant percentage of sales on poultry production. However, the research about the breeding, livability and disease prevention did not receive enough attentions. The major object of our investigation is trying to establish antimicrobials sensitivities and characteristics of resistant genes of Salmonella in Taiwan native chicken breeder farm. The annular object will focus on the basic information collection and technique development. In order to reach our major object, the annular works include sample collection, bacterial isolation and purification, antimicrobials susceptibility testing, specified resistant-genes detection, pulsed-field gel electrophoresis and results analysis. These results can be used for establishing the basic information about the isolation rate, the levels of resistance and the genes involved.
