工學院: 工程科學及海洋工程學研究所指導教授: 張瑞益王德智Wang, Te-ChihTe-ChihWang2017-03-022018-06-282017-03-022018-06-282015http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/271476多媒體監視系統對於保護人們、企業及政府的生命財產安全,已成為了不可或缺的角色。而隨著有線和無線網路的普及與物聯網(IoT)的快速發展,利用分散式運算的環境來整合散布各地的監視影像並賦予多媒體監視系統更多的智能,已成為一個相當重要的議題。在本論文中,針對監視器與監視系統服務類型進行探討,提出一個基於群播協定且同時具備了安全性、遍佈性與可擴充性的分散式智慧型監視系統架構,並利用火災偵測、跌倒偵測與影像備份三種服務,驗證架構的可行性。此外,在監視器上傳頻寬有限的環境下,我們利用了多點對點傳輸可有效整合接收端頻寬與分配來源端頻寬的優點,結合以接收者為中心且具優先權概念的P-R2CP (Prioritized Radial Reception Control Protocol),加入預防重要錯誤的機制,使此通訊協定能更加適合在物聯網的智慧型監控系統傳輸,且透過模擬實驗驗證,在頻寬不足的情況能顯著降低整體74.4%受影響的影格,進而提升服務品質與用戶感受。Video surveillance systems are playing an important role to protect lives and assets of individuals, enterprises and governments. Due to the prevalence of wired and wireless access to Internet and fast grow-up of Internet of Things (IoT), it would be a trend to integrate present isolated video surveillance systems by applying distributed computing environment and to further gestate diversified multimedia intelligent surveillance (MIS) applications in ubiquity. In this dissertation, we firstly discuss the surveillance service models and propose a multicast based ubiquitous video surveillance (UVS) architecture with scalability, ubiquity and privacy. We also constructed an experimental test-bed for UVS system with three kinds of services, fire detection, fall-incident features and video recording, to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed architecture. Besides, we took the advantage of multipoint-to-point (MPP) connections to aggregate more bandwidth to gain user-perceived Quality of Experience (QoE) and network Quality of Service (QoS) for the surveillance cameras that has limited uplink bandwidth. A forward error avoidance mechanism is proposed within P-R2CP (Prioritized Radial Reception Control Protocol), a receiver-centric transportation protocol with priority consideration, to be feasible for IoT MIS applications.
