The main aim in this year is to investigate the structural problems during approaching meat and modernism. Would those problems are associated with other laws? Would the innate characters or systematic nature are still worth being managed by other laws? If current problems still exist and meat modernism do not achieve, when laws are assesses and rectified, investigators would consider stipulating new laws to solve problems. 2.
