2006-01-262024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/659816摘要：本計畫針對台北水源特定區中之翡翠水庫集水區各種形式點源與非點源污染之發生源、空間分佈及污染量進行現勘調查，透過現地調查及蒐集相關研究資料，來探討可能污染源之發展及分佈趨勢，完成保護區之污染源調查工作及污染量之分析，並提出下列措施以供未來相關政策擬訂之參考:(一)合理限制水庫集水區內人口之成長;(二)削減及控制茶園所造成之氮磷污染;(三)削減觀光遊憩人口所造成之污染;(四)提出交通管控措施以削減其所造成之污染;(五)評估坪林污水下水道系統污水處理廠放流水對於水庫水質之影響;(六)評估可有效削減之污染量。<br> Abstract: The purpose of this study is to survey and investigate the sources, spatial distribution and amount of various point and non-point source pollution within the watershed of Feitsui reservoir. From the data and materials surveyed and collected from the sites, the development of pollution sources and their trend of distribution may be further understood, so that the pollution sources in the protection zone can be better investigated and the amount of pollution can be better evaluated. In this project, some practices are to be proposed to be used as references while the relevant policies are to be made in the future. The practices are as follows. 1. To restrain the population in the watershed of the reservoir from growing up ; 2. To reduce and control the pollution of nitrogen and phosphorus attributed by the tea garden; 3. To reduce the pollution caused by sightseeing and recreation; 4. To control the traffic to reduce the pollution induced by the traffic; 5. To evaluate the influence of the sewage system and treatment plan of Ping-Lin on the water quality of the reservoir; 6. To evaluate the amount of pollution which can be effectively reduced.
