陳文華臺灣大學:商學研究所羅曼Zaytsev, RomanRomanZaytsev2010-06-012018-06-292010-06-012018-06-292009U0001-2407200913154600http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/184563在這現代化的世界，ERP系統已成為企業不可忽視的環節。 本論文探討開放源碼ERP系統的發展趨勢。 開放源碼ERP跟專屬ERP與SaaS ERP不同，並有其導入困難與挑戰。Compiere 公司是開放源碼ERP領域的市場領導者，因此本論文將以Compiere以及其在俄羅斯的代理商IT公司作為分析案例。 究結果顯示Compiere在開放源碼ERP的領域中成功的原因是開放源碼ERP的創新，產品的方便性與彈性、公司能夠滿足客戶對於成本、品質以及客制化的需求，並進行成功的行銷策略與經營模式，Compiere因此成為此產業的領導者。 本研究顯示開放源碼ERP的大部分客戶是中小企業，並且分析開源ERP的優勢、劣勢與配置的挑戰。研究建議Compiere與其代理商加強產品的研發與客制化，創造全球皆知的開放源碼ERP的品牌。 同時公司可以聚焦於中小企業的商業智慧的軟體以及發展中國家的市場，可以利用如中國和俄羅斯等國家尚未完成自動化的因素，開發發展中國家的市場。This study intends to make a research in Open code ERP system market, its development and perspective. Open code ERP system is a relatively new successful product. It has its own features and challenges which are studied in this research. The leader of Open code ERP market Compiere and its Russian partner the company IT are taken as the case study of Open code ERP’s providers. he research studies the advantages and disadvantages of Open code ERP systems and shows how the providers deal with the problems faced by implementation of the system. The research reviles the core competence and key successful factors of the Compiere and its products such as a relatively low cost, big customization opportunity; it also discusses the key issues of Open code software, for instance flexibility and security. The study examines the business model and marketing strategy of Compiere and IT which made them the successful leaders of the market.he research suggests Compiere and other Open code providers to create the worldwide recognized Open code ERP brand and focus on development of Open code software’s advantages like low cost and customization. The target customers are Small and Medium enterprises that need an expensive and easy to use BI solution. The Open code software which is easy to customize and which doesn’t have a license fee can be a base for this solution.
