2004-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/660397摘要:I.椪柑是台灣最重要的寬皮柑,也是極具外銷潛力的國產水果。但果實品質逐漸下滑,且差異日趨擴大,嚴重影響其外銷潛力。本研究調查台灣椪柑品質最佳產區-豐原與石岡地區之生產環境與植株營養狀況,希望能建立優質椪柑之生產條件,供生產規劃與實際生產改善用。 II.台灣的茂谷柑一年可開花與結果多次,但非正期果之品質與生產潛力尚無人調查與評估。多數農民基於以下三個理由將非正期果疏除,1.樹上著生成熟度差異甚大之果實,嚴重影響管理;2.夏'秋季成熟之果實著色不佳,成熟度判定不易;3.擔心影響正期果之品質。本計劃將觀察茂谷柑在台灣中北部枝開花與結果習性,並評估非正期果之生產潛力。研究成果,可能可以解決台灣茂谷柑生產過剩之潛在壓力。 <br> Abstract: I. ‘Ponkan’ mandarin is the most important and export potential mandarin in Taiwan. But, the variation of fruit quality is getting higher and fruit quality is getting inferior. This project is investigating the production environment and tree nutrition condition of Fongyuan and Shihgang area, where are the best ‘Ponkane’ production area of Taiwan, to establish the production condition of superior ‘Ponkan’ for planning and production uses. II. ‘Murcott’ tangor can flower and set fruit more than once in most of Taiwan citrus production area, while the fruit quality of off-season crops still non-survey or estimate in Taiwan. Most of the producer thinning out all the flowers and small fruits of the off-season crops for at least three reasons: 1. The tree will bear more than two different maturity fruit, and disturb the normal management program. 2. Peel color of the fruit, which mature in summer to autumn season, cannot turn red, result in missing the timing of proper harvest. 3. Farmer worry about the off-season crops will influence the quality of normal season crop. This project will observe the flowering and fruiting behavior of 'Murcott' tangor in northern and central Taiwan, and estimate the production potential of the off-season crops of 'Murcott'.
