2010-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/679961摘要：國立台灣大學生物資源暨農學院統計與生物資訊諮詢研究中心自中華民國95年8月成立至今即將邁入第五個年度，在此特別感謝生物資源暨農學院各個單位的支持與配合及研究團隊在無支薪的條件下無怨無悔的支援，使得中心能夠穩定而持續的發展。中心成立的初衷是以提供院內與校內各研究教學單位、教師及研究生與校外機構與產業界全方位的統計、生物統計與生物資訊的諮詢服務，包括計劃書之撰寫、試驗設計與統計方法的選用、樣本數之估算、資料收集與管理、數據分析與統計軟體報表結果詮釋、撰寫報告、研擬跨領域合作的研究計畫等為目的，而有賴於大家的信任，中心也正一步步地朝向這目標邁進。就目前中心的運作而言，研究團隊的籌組與正式輪值班、中心網頁的設置、各項諮詢管道的標準流程、諮詢案件的申請與結案報告格式皆已完成。並支援統計教學包括設置統計論文諮詢員與「統計諮詢」課程結合。除了提供諮詢者需要的統計分析協助外，更致力於提升統計與生物資訊的整體能力。本計劃書針對98年的運作結果，提出諮詢服務件數、發表合作研究學術SCI論文數、發表統計理論與方法學SCI論文數及經費執行率等績效評估。以期望「統計與生物資訊諮詢研究中心」在98年可以有更完善的服務提供、更促使國立台灣大學向國際頂尖前一百大學邁進。本中心位於生農學院三樓，門診時間為星期一至五早上9點到12點及下午1點30分到5點。<br> Abstract: Consulting Center for Statistics and Bioinformatics (CCSB) provides consulting service of statistics, biometrics, and bioinformatics including writing a proposal, selecting experimental design and statistical methods, estimating sample size, collecting, managing, and analyzing data, interpreting results, and organizing reports for all academics and faculties in the school and institutions and industries outside the school. The center’s strategy is to compose a consulting team of statistics, biometrics, and bioinformatics. Members of the team actively participate various consulting works of research designs and statistical analysis in feasible research studies. In addition, they have to deliver statistical consulting courses to train students taking part in all kind of consulting works. In addition, we also have graduate students to serve as consulting trainees for various consulting projects. The methods of execution include establishing Statistic and Bioinformatics Clinic and set up Online Consulting System for Statistics and Bioinformatics.
