2004-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/659251摘要:台灣珍珠鮑魚(俗稱九孔)屬高經濟螺類,以純海水養殖,主要產地有宜蘭、台北、高雄、台東、屏東、台南、澎湖。從九十年起,養殖九孔幼苗於著苗十幾天後嚴重脫落死亡。在宜蘭縣出現疫情後,隔年擴大到臺東、臺南及高雄等幾個主要的九孔苗生產區,造成業者莫大損失。以組織培養法分別自九孔成貝和九孔幼苗培養出雙股核糖核酸病毒(Birnavirus)。但本病毒和九孔苗大量脫落死亡是否有關不得而知。因此有必要釐清本病毒和九孔苗大量脫落死亡關係。發生在92年初台北縣貢寮地區九孔養殖場之成貝大量死亡之病因和疱疹病毒(herpesvirus)感染有關。本病之潛伏期短,是一種急性、高傳染性,致病性高之疾病。本年度擬針對這兩種病毒,以聚合酵素鏈鎖反應(PCR)證明雙股核糖核酸病毒是否和九孔苗大量脫落死亡有關。另外發展出疱疹病毒之特異引子,以聚合酵素鏈反應監測養殖九孔帶原之情形,以達到快速診斷及防疫之目的,減少漁民之損失。<br> Abstract: Commercial culture of abalone, Holiotis diversicolor aquatilis, emerged in Taiwan in the late nineteen-seventies. Initially, all of the operations were on intertidal rocky beaches in the north-eastern part of the island. All abalone culture facilities established subsequent to this are above the intertidal zone in coastal area and depend on mechanical pumping to maintain a water flow. The die off seed abalone in the hatchery lead to lack of juvenile abalone in the farms. Birnavirus has been isolated from diseased seed abalone in the study, however, if Birnavirus is associated with die off seed abalone is not known. Further study apply PCR technique in the etiology study will be done. Herpes-like virus has been identified to be associated with high mortality in abalone in north-eastern Taiwan. Detect the latent infection of virus in abalone would be helpful in the management of abalone culture.
