林啟萬2006-07-262018-06-292006-07-262018-06-291998-07-31http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/22312本計畫嘗試設計積體化電極電路,並 簡化製程、以穩定品質、降低成本,並嘗 試引進微機電系統(MEMS)與半導體技術, 試圖創新血糖濃度量測感器之研製。這個 系統包含了微感測器(Microsensor)、單晶 片微處理器(80C196KC)以及液晶顯示器 (LCD)這些可攜帶元件。微感測器包含有兩 電極(WE, RE)、電流電壓轉換和OP 放大 器。微感測器的大小是1.0 mm×1.0 mm 且 是藉由UMC 0.5μCMOS 技術來完成,電極 的面積為600 m ×800 m。In this project, we proposed and implemented an integrated microsensor by using MEMS and IC technologies to improve the quality of sensor chip and minimize the cost by possible mass production. The system contains a microsensor, a single chip microprocessor (80C196KC) and a LCD for portable instrument prototype. The microsensor is designed and fabricated with a two-electrode electrochemical cell, a currentto- voltage converter and operational amplifiers. The microsensor is implemented by using the UMC 0.5m CMOS technology with die size of 1.0 mm ×1.0 mm.
