2007-05-012024-05-16https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/667436摘要:隨著奈米科技的發展,低黏度油在水中型微乳液已開始被使用在化妝品的製造技術中,但為了讓化妝品兼具低黏度及穩定性良好的特性,所使用的微乳液必須達到粒徑夠小的條件。目前最普遍使用來製備奈米微乳液的方法就是相轉移溫度法,其原理為利用降溫以達到相變化的目的,使原本w/o型微乳液轉變為o/w型微乳液。由於利用相轉移溫度法必須使用聚乙烯乙二醇做為共乳化劑,往往容易造成產品的穩定性不佳。因此,本計劃將採用新的方法來製備o/w型微乳液。本研究計劃的目的在於提供合作企業微乳液技術,此技術除了很適合用來製造富含化妝水之濕紙巾外,亦能提供合作業開發其他用途的產品,如噴霧型的臉部化妝水、卸妝液與護髮液。吾人擬採用相轉移濃度此新穎的方法來製備微乳液,並利用黏度計、電導計及光散設儀來分別量測微乳液的黏度、導電度及粒徑分佈,以探討乳化劑、共乳化劑及油相的種類與它們的混合比例對微乳液的影響。<br> Abstract: Low viscous oil-in-water (o/w) microemulsions are of interest to many cosmetic applications. In order to combine low-viscosity and good storage stability, a very fine particle size is needed. A common process for preparation of such microemulsions is the phase inversion temperature (PIT) method. This method uses the low interfacial tension that is obtained in the region of phase inversion from a water-in-oil (w/o) microemulsion to an o/w microemulsion upon cooling. All practical applications of PIT microemulsions are based on the use of ethoxylated emulsifiers. A new technology has been developed for the production of o/w microemulsions without using ethoxylated emulsifiers. The objective of this research is to offer the cooperative enterprise the new technology that is based on non-ethoxylated emulsifiers and can easily be used for the preparation of impregnating lotions for cosmetic wet wipes. Together with the cooperative enterprise, we are also willing to develop different product of microemulsions on different fields. The experiments are performed by PIC method. Processing variables included emulsifier mixture, microemulsion booster system and oil phase, and the oil phase mixture concentration. The viscosity, conductivity, and droplet size of microemulsions are individually analyzed by viscometer, conductivity meter and spectrophotometer.相轉移微乳液化妝品phase inversionmicroemulsioncosmetics奈米微乳液的製備及其在化妝品的應用
