2006-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/678705摘要：生農學院「統計與生物資訊諮詢中心」 (Consulting Center for Statistics and Bioinformatics；CCSB) 提供院內與校內各研究教學單位、教師及研究生與校外機構與產業界全方位的統計、生物統計與生物資訊的諮詢服務，包括計劃書之撰寫、試驗設計與統計方法的選用、樣本數之估算、資料收集與管理、數據分析與結果詮釋、撰寫報告、研擬跨領域合作研究計畫等。本中心執行策略包括籌組統計、生物統計與生物資訊諮詢團隊；配合院方由諮詢團隊老師積極參與各項研究計畫之研究設計，統計分析與生物資訊等各項諮詢工作；配合院方由諮詢團隊老師指導碩、博士班學生論文的研究設計、統計分析與生物資訊等各項諮詢工作；積極爭取校外各項研究計畫之研究設計、統計分析與生物資訊等各項諮詢工作；開放統計諮詢課程訓練與培養學生參與統計研究設計，統計分析及生物資訊等各項諮詢工作。具體執行方法包括成立統計與生物資訊門診；設置統計與生物資訊電腦線上諮詢系統；建立統計與生物資訊標準作業流程；建立統計與生物資訊諮詢報告的格式與內容。本中心位於生農學院三樓，門診時間為星期一至五早上9點到12點及下午1點30分到<br> Abstract: Consulting Center for Statistics and Bioinformatics (CCSB) provides a comprehensive consulting service of statistics, biometrics, and bioinformatics including proposal preparation; selection of study designs and statistical methods; estimation of sample size; management, and analyses of data, interpretation of results; and reparation of reports for all intramural academics and faculties of the university and extramural research institutions and industry. Our execution strategy is to establish a consulting team of experts in statistics, biometrics, and bioinformatics from the faculty of the College of Bio-resource and Agriculture. Members of the team will actively participate in various consulting tasks of study designs, statistical analyses and bioinformatics for the research projects from faculty as well as from graduate students. In addition, they will offer statistical consulting courses to train students taking part in all aspects of consulting works. The execution plans include establishing Statistic and Bioinformatics Clinics, setting up Online Consulting Service System for Statistics and Bioinformatics, and formulating the Standard Operating Procedures of Statistics and Bioinformatics Consultation and standard format and contents for the consulting reports. The center is located in the third floor of College of Bio-Resources and Agriculture and the office hour is from 9 to 12 AM and from 1:30 to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
