2017-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684174摘要:本計畫目標為:1.改良現有葉菜類收穫機之驅動型式為電力,包括採收機構之動力及行走機構之動力;2.測試改良後葉菜類收穫機於設施溫網室內及露天田間之作業情況,藉此進行機體必要之改進和再測試。本計畫之預期效果為;1.葉菜類收穫是設施溫網室蔬菜栽培的重要瓶頸,透過收穫機之研發可大幅減輕收穫的辛勞,有助於產業之擴大經營。同時由於葉菜類收穫機可於葉菜成熟之早期進行收穫,其品質佳且無老葉需要再行處理,在產業應用上有極佳的利基。改良後之機種會比原來業者打造之雛型體更佳,設施溫網室業者及農友們購置使用之意願相對就會提高,因此也具有極高的需求性和極佳的市場性;2.同理,葉菜類收穫也是露天田間蔬菜栽培的瓶頸,透過現有收穫機之改良,可減輕田間農友們收穫之辛勞,同時也有助於產業擴大經營。田間蔬菜栽培業者及農友們購置意願也會相對提高,因此需求性亦極高,市場性亦極佳。<br> Abstract: The objectives of this project are: 1. Development of an electric type leaf vegetable harvester: both of harvesting mechanism and travelling mechanism are driven by electricity; 2. This improved leaf vegetable harvester is tested in greenhouses and in open vegetable fields: some modifications of the machine will be done if necessary. The bottleneck of leaf vegetable production, especially harvesting, can then be solved effectively. The introduction of suitable harvesters for leaf vegetables can reduce the labors needed tremendously.
