2007-03-202024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/652410摘要:本研究以高效能液相層析儀(High performance liquid chromatography, HPLC)進行相思樹(Acacia confusa Merr.)葉子甲醇抽出物之化合物分離、純化與鑑定,並評估相思樹葉子甲醇抽出物化合物之DPPH(1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl)自由基捕捉活性(DPPH assay)、超氧自由基捕捉活性(Nitroblue tetrazolium assay, NBT assay)、抑制脂質過氧化及總抗氧化能力(Trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity, TEAC)等抗氧化活性,同時測定其總酚類及總黃酮類含量。此外,亦進行相思樹葉子熱水抽出物之DPPH自由基捕捉試驗、超氧自由基捕捉試驗、脂質過氧化試驗及總抗氧化能力測定等抗氧化活性評估,並測定其總酚類含量及總黃酮類含量,期能將相思樹葉子製成相思樹茶葉或將其抽出物研製成保健飲料。<br> Abstract: The purpose of this research is using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to separate, purify and identify compounds of methanolic extracts from Acacia confusa leaves, then assayed by DPPH (1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) free radical scavenging (DPPH assay), superoxide radical scavenging (Nitroblue tetrazolium assay, NBT assay), inhibition of lipid peroxidation and trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity (TEAC assay), and also determined their total phenolic contents and total flavonoid contents.
