2020-02-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/656368摘要:由於汞金屬的高危害性,近年來各國法規對於含汞產品提高限制,大量含汞產品如液晶顯示器中的螢光燈管進入回收體系,造成每年平均約有5,000,000公斤廢棄汞螢光燈管需回收破碎;然而市面上仍存在無法取代金屬汞添加之產品,因此回收破碎過程逸散的汞蒸氣具有去除與回收的必要性。現今台灣採用之廢棄汞螢光燈管回收流程中低濃度汞蒸氣之吸附,其活性碳材一般採用含硫或含氯改質活性碳,利用其表面的硫或氯官能基捕捉尾氣中的汞蒸氣。然而,這些改質活性碳雖具有較佳的汞蒸氣去除效果,但高穩定性的硫化汞或氯化汞形成會導致使用後之改質活性碳難以再生,因而被歸類為有害事業廢棄物須進行固化掩埋處理。本計畫研究之主要目的即是建立新穎及創新方法改善低濃度汞蒸氣的吸附及元素汞回收;由於金與汞蒸氣有良好的結合效果,且在達到飽和吸附後可利用電熱加熱金使汞蒸氣脫附釋出,使汞蒸氣有效被回收再利用,因此本計畫研擬利用電沉積技術開發金沉積於活性碳纖維布,並將其應用於吸、脫附低濃度汞蒸氣,以開發經濟可行及環境友善的材料,取代目前傳統一次性使用的含硫及含氯活性碳,大幅提升碳資材的循環再利用率。<br> Abstract: Due to the high toxicity of mercury (Hg), the restriction of Hg-containing products in different countries is getting rigorous. Huge amounts of Hg-containing products such as fluorescent lamps of LCD are discarded and approximately 5,000,000 kg of fluorescent lamps waste is to be disassembled and recycled annually. Because Hg in certain products on the market is still indispensable, it is necessary to remove and recovery the emitted Hg vapor (Hg0) released in the disassembling process. Sulfur- or chlorine-impregnated activated carbon is usually used as an adsorbent in low-concentration Hg0 adsorption which is one of the processes in fluorescent lamps` waste recycling procedure of Taiwan. Although modified activated carbon exhibits great Hg0 removal ability, it is difficult to regenerate exhausted activated carbon due to high stability of HgS or HgCl and exhausted activated carbon is considered hazardous and doomed to be solidified and landfilled. Therefore, the aim of this project is to develop a novel method for removing low-concentration Hg vapor and recycle Hg0. Due to gold (Au) possess a great combination with Hg0 vapor. After reaching saturated adsorption, Hg0 vapor can be desorbed by using an electrical thermal process, which makes it can be recycled and reused. In this project, Au deposition of activated carbon fiber cloth was manufactured by utilizing electrodeposition technology. The synthesized production is applied to adsorption and recover the low-concentration Hg0 vapor.
