2009-05-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/658981摘要:秋石斛蘭花色鮮艷且花期長,具有發展成大宗盆花之潛力。目前台灣栽培者可利用溫室加溫系統改善冬季低溫環境,進而周年性生產秋石斛蘭盆花。許多研究指出環境因子如光度、溫度及環境氣體會影響蘭花花朵的壽命,但目前於石斛蘭研究的相關資料甚少。本計畫擬藉由調查不同品種秋石斛蘭盆花之植株性狀、花朵觀賞壽命,並瞭解不同光度、溫度與環境氣體對秋石斛蘭盆花品質之影響。藉此試驗結果探究改善秋石斛蘭盆花品質之方法,提高商品價值,並可進行推廣使用增加農民收益。<br> Abstract: Dendrobium is one of the most important orchid plants and with development potential in potted orchid market in Taiwan, due to their showy and colorful flowers and long blooming period. With heating system, Dendrobium can be produced year round in Taiwan. Although some researches have been carried out, indicating postharvest life of orchid could be affected by environment effects such as light intensity, temperature and ethylene, there is little information about Dendrobium. The objectives of this study are: 1) to evaluate the postharvest characteristics of different Dendrobium cultivars and 2) to investigate the effects of light intensity, temperature, and ethylene on the quality of Dendrobium potted plant. The results of this study are expected to find an optimum postharvest procedure for Dendrobium, in order to improve the flower quality.
