The criteria are based on the priciples of the Five Freedoms, including: facilities, sanitation, operating process, the ratio of personell to the total dogs entering shelters annually, the role identification of the shelter, etc. The second aim of this project is to estimate the total street dogs population in each county, using the photo capturing method published by the World Society for the Protection of Animals (WSPA).動物收容所台灣動物福利評估animal shelterTaiwananimal welfareassessment
