臺灣大學: 機械工程學研究所張所鈜楊金穎Yang, Chin-YinChin-YinYang2013-04-012018-06-282013-04-012018-06-282012http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/255663摘要 填鐵奈米碳管叢的製程相當簡單,不需在成長基材上蒸鍍緩衝層氧化鋁及催化劑鐵薄膜,直接在三段爐內置放二茂鐵做為碳源催化劑即可備製。原奈米碳管具有優異的電性及機械性質,如今將鐵原子填入其管中更能將其特性大為提高,另外填鐵奈米碳管具有良好的熱性質包括軸向超高熱傳導率及高放射率,有如此好的熱特性竟鮮少有其熱的應用。本研究主要利用填鐵奈米碳管叢製作加熱器設計,與市售一般金屬薄膜加熱器對其加熱效能進行比較。 實驗結果可得到填鐵奈米碳管叢加熱器對於接觸式加熱效果與金屬薄膜相近,但值得注意的是在本實驗架構下施以相同電功率做距離加熱的效率卻有近18℃的溫差,顯示出利用填鐵奈米碳管叢做距離加熱不僅使被加熱物溫度上升較快在同一時間的溫度也較使用金屬薄膜加熱器高;在抽真空的加熱環境進行加熱器的比較也有較高的平均加熱溫度及均勻的加熱分布。最後依據熱傳導分析及實驗結果驗證了填鐵奈米碳管叢加熱器的高加熱效能。Abstract Synthesis of Fe-filled Carbon Nanotube Forests is uncomplicated, there is no need to have some pre works for fabrication of Fe-CNT forests such as oxide buffer layer and metal thin film catalyst coating by E-beam evaporator, just using ferrocene power as catalyst can achieve. Carbon nanotubes have excellent electrical and mechanical properties, now adding the iron nanowire into hollow center of carbon nanotube can tremendously enhance the properties than before. B, Fe-CNTs have outstanding thermal properties including high axial thermal conductivity and high emissivity. But few research studies and heating applications use Fe-CNTs. This study mainly design Fe-CNTs heater and compare heating efficiency with commercial heater. The experiment result show the heating efficiency of Fe-CNT heater is similar to commercial metal-film heater in contact heating. The notable thing is Fe-CNTs heater has more efficient heating rate in the same electrical power compare with commercial heater in distanced heating, and the temperature difference can reach nearly 18℃ in the experimental design. It means that Fe-CNT heater in distanced heating can make the heated thing not only rising to high temperature more quickly but also achieving higher temperature with same power consumption. In vacuum environment, the Fe-CNTs heater can also perform its high heat radiation and uniform surface temperature of heater.
