2009-08-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/670778摘要:本研究計畫首先採用創新兼具降解與吸附特性之零價金屬/幾丁聚醣複合材料,並提供氫氣還原法與乳化法等不同之合成程序,製備高穩定性、具經濟效益、環境友善性之改質零價金屬/幾丁聚醣複合材料,並針對合成改質後之複合材料進行性質檢測,以了解其物化特性。對水體中溴化污染物(三溴甲烷、溴酸鹽)進行移除與吸附實驗,評估不同操作因子(pH值、污染物初始濃度、處理基材種類、溶氧、溫度、離子強度)對污染物處理效能影響,並探討污染物中間產物與最終產物相關形成機制,觀察複合材料對於污染物移除之協同效應(synergic effect),建立反應動力模式並檢視與污染水體操作因子之關連性。以Microtox生物毒性試驗評估處理基材添加前後對污染物、環境水體微生物生理影響之總效應,以便充分了解複合材料與污染物混合水體中微生物之活性表徵。再進一步對於乳化液組成成份回收利用與氫氣還原法節能進行評估,以尋求更經濟且符合環境保護的手段處理有害污染物質。<br> Abstract: Many laboratory and field researches have demonstrated that zero- valent metals (ZVMs) would degrade halogenated organic compounds to non- toxic compounds. The observed degradation of organic substrates on zero- valent metals surface was attributed mainly to the direct electron transfer from metals to substrates. Furthermore, the active sites of the ZVMs increased with the decrease of diameter to nano size, which improved the degradation efficiency of the contaminants. Chitosan is the alkaline deacetylated product of chitin, which is derived from the exoskeleton of crustaceans. It is non-toxic, hydrophilic, biocompatible, biodegradable and anti-bacterial. Due to the presence of both hydroxyl and amine groups in its structure, chitosan can be chemically modified to be used as novel separation media. The objective of this research is to evaluate the treatment efficiency of aqueous tribromomethane and bromate contaminants by using ZVMs/chitosan composites. First, ZVMs/chitosan composites are prepared with hydrogen- reducing method or emulsion method. Then they are characterized by various methods. Such as scanning electron microscopy, X- ray diffractometry, and X- ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Batch tests are carried out to investigate the optimum operating parameters and reaction pathways affecting the removal rate of contaminants.
